Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Quality Control Technician for a manufacturing company located in San Clemente.

Service Line: Direct Hire, Full-time

Pay: $25-$35/Hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible Start Time

Responsibilities:

* Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications
* Identify and assess defects using visual inspection techniques
* Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
* Learn and operate inspection and metrology equipment
* Document inspection findings accurately and legibly
* Complete receiving, in-process, and final inspections
* Prepare and verify quality-related documentation
* Maintain compliance with company quality standards and procedures
* Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to management
* Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1+ year of quality inspection experience preferred
* Ability to read and follow written instructions
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and dependable work ethic
* Must be able to work onsite in San Clemente
