Production & Packaging Associate

Location: Tomah, WI
Pay: 1st Shift: $19.37/hour | 2nd Shift: $21.37/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts | 4-Day Work Week
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities (Production & Packaging Work)

  • Cut and empty bags of raw material
  • Package finished product and shrink wrap pallets
  • Operate forklifts and stack pallets safely
  • Monitor equipment and report mechanical or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties

Work Environment

  • Exposure to dry dairy products and airborne particles
  • Loud industrial setting with moving equipment and vibration
  • Fast-paced production environment

Schedule Details

1st Shift

  • Monday through Thursday
  • 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM

2nd Shift

  • Monday through Thursday

  • Additional hours may be available based on production needs

Qualifications

  • Prior forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to use a computerized touch screen
  • Comfortable operating hand tools (including hand blade)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for 10+ hours
  • Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive tasks
  • High school diploma or GED required
