Our client, a global manufacturer of agricultural machinery, is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Administrator to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and track attendance
  • Assist with payroll preparation and coordination
  • Support employee benefits administration and HR documentation
  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for Managing Director
  • Prepare and organize business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Assist with applications and renewals for permits, licenses, and corporate filings
  • Prepare and manage official documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain office organization, documentation systems, and administrative procedures
  • Provide general support to employees across departments
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • 2-3 years of HR Administration and Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and document management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Good time management skills, self-motivated and good attitude

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, or employment standards
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

Compensation and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per annum
