A growing and dynamic organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their team.
What You Will Do!• Supervise production and installation departments department• Manage production and installation schedules• Operate production machinery as needed• Training of staff• Maintain and clean tools, supplies and equipment • Manage inventory • Managed order files and drawings in proprietary system• Serve as liaison with customers
What You Will Bring…• Previous leadership experience in a production environment• Fabrication and/or CNC experience preferred• Previous project management experience• Strong computer skills• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to lift 75+ pounds• Valid drivers license with good driving record
