Apartment Maintenance Technician

In this role, you'll help maintain apartment homes and community facilities by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests. What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests in occupied apartment homes.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, cleaning coordination, and final inspections.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and property amenities as needed.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with vendors and contractors on larger repair projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work and materials used.
