Our Pickering client, a wireless test company specializing in the design and production of RF test enclosures and wireless test systems, is looking for an Electronic Integration Technician to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Build and configure RF Enclosures and RF Test Systems
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform soldering in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards
• Assemble and integrate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) racks
• Install and configure test instrumentation
• Assemble electro-mechanical components (cables, RF cables, electric panels, enclosures, mechanical jigs, fixtures)
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment
• Support production and integration activities to improve processes and product quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience with Electro-Mechanical Assembly
• Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in soldering and crimping
• Able to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in ATE rack building or working within a test engineering/test technician environment
• Ability to manage and complete multiple overlapping projects
• Great work ethic, and positive attitude

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $23-25 per hour
