Hourly Pay: $20 - $21

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality workmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products according to quality and production standards
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent heavy lifting
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Learn and perform multiple manufacturing functions as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines
• Support additional production duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attendance and punctuality (attendance is critical for success)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a high-speed production setting
• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple roles
• Experience using tools and production equipment is a plus
• Positive attitude with a desire for long-term career growth
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
