Now hiring an experience customer service representative for a metal fabrication manufacturer in Hartford, WI! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. They are responsible for handling inquiries, providing product or service information, processing orders, and resolving any issues related to customer needs. 

Pay: Up to $28/hour

Schedule: Open to full-time and part-time schedule

What we're looking for:

• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• High-quality customer service and relationship management skills
• Positive and professional attitude and ability to handle and diffuse situations
• Manufacturing knowledge is a huge plus!
