Mechanic

Located in Jonesboro , AR

Job Duties: 

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements 
• Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate mechanical issues 
• Service and repair brake systems including brake pads, rotors, and calipers 
• Assist with engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs as directed 
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns 
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and repair services
• Perform steering and suspension repairs and component replacements 
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Replace and repair belts, hoses, batteries, starters, alternators, and other common vehicle components 
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and identify issues 
• Document repair work accurately and maintain service records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures 
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors 

Requirements: 

• 1-3 years minimum of automotive repair experience 
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic, and repair procedures 
• Ability to perform maintenance and intermediate level repairs independently 
• Familiarity with diagnostic scan tools and repair equipment 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 

Work Schedule: 7am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday
