Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Install Coordinator / Dispatcher for a well-established local client. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

The Install Coordinator/Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating installation and service schedules, communicating with customers and internal teams, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule installation and service jobs
• Communicate with technicians, management, and the parts department
• Contact customers to coordinate appointments for installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
• Organize and track ongoing projects
• Support and prepare installation teams for daily jobs
• Participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous dispatching, coordination, or related experience preferred but not required
