Pay & Schedule

• $18-$20/hr based on experience
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• No weekends required
• Full-time temporary position

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front desk
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
• Write up and process service orders
• Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer inquiries
• Prepare and deliver daily bank deposits
• Perform administrative and office support duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Use Microsoft Office programs to complete daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
• Telecommunications industry experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform typical office duties throughout the workday
