Job Title: 2nd Shift Press Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are currently seeking a dependable and team-oriented Press Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role offers a solid opportunity for long-term growth within a stable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rubber press equipment to produce molded and prototype parts
• Maintain press line operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Follow production specifications to create high-quality rubber parts
• Adhere to safety requirements, including wearing steel-toe boots

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable in a production setting with repetitive tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push and pull 50–75 pounds regularly
• Occasional lifting as required

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
