Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications for internal teams or clients.
  • Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
  • Provide customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and documenting interactions thoroughly.
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards.
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous.
  • Strong typing skills along with proofreading capabilities to ensure clear communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document proofreading efficiently.
