Position Overview 

Forklift Operator (Off-Road / Heavy Materials)

We are hiring an experienced forklift operator to handle large, heavy pipe materials in a fast-paced yard/warehouse setting. This role involves operating off-road forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily operations with accuracy and safety in mind.

Key Responsibilities 

Forklift Operator (Off-Road / Heavy Materials)

• Operate large off-road forklifts to move pipe materials (21’–42’ in length, up to 28,000 lbs)
• Load and unload materials from flatbed trucks into designated pipe bin locations
• Pull, tally, and stage orders for shipment, transfer, and customer pickup (will call)
• Verify accuracy and quality of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed

What We’re Looking For 

Forklift Operator (Off-Road / Heavy Materials)

• Previous forklift experience (heavy or off-road equipment preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
• Knowledge of proper materials handling techniques
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Consistent performance in completing tasks safely and efficiently
