We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, legendary motorcycle dealership in Bedford, TX, looking for a passionate and capable Motorcycle Service Technician to join their fast-growing service team. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing, including oil changes, tire replacements, brake jobs, and fluid flushes.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on a variety of motorcycle models.

• Conduct multi-point safety inspections to ensure every motorcycle leaves the shop road-ready and safe.

• Install aftermarket upgrades, performance kits, and custom parts to help riders personalize their bikes.

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work bay while adhering to safety practices.

• Document completed work orders clearly and communicate needs effectively to service advisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A True Motorcycle Enthusiast: You love to ride, respect motorcycle culture, and treat every bike as if it were your own.

• Mechanical Fundamentals: Some hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing motorcycles, powersports, or automotive vehicles is required.

• Diagnostic Skills: Comfort using basic mechanical and electrical testing tools.

• Tools: Ownership of basic technician hand tools and a toolbox is highly preferred.

• Credentials: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (M Class) and a clean riding/driving record.
