Our client, a respected commercial landscaping company in Columbus, is looking for an experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead crews, manage daily field operations, and ensure high‑quality landscape and grounds maintenance work. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support landscape and grounds maintenance crews
• Build daily and weekly schedules to keep jobs on track
• Track labor hours, job costs, and productivity goals
• Train, coach, and develop Foremen and crew members
• Conduct site inspections and customer walkthroughs
• Ensure quality work with minimal rework
• Maintain safety standards and equipment checks
• Assist with snow operations during winter

What You Need

• 3+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
• Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, job costing, and productivity
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (must be insurable)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Bilingual skills a plus
