What You’ll Do

Lead and manage production and process-improvement projects

Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams

Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones

Communicate effectively across Mandarin and English teams

Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project documentation

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Three or more years of experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or industrial production

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
