We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Molder Helper to join our team.  This role assists in preparing molds for the casting process and ensures materials and equipment are ready for production. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist molders in preparing and assembling molds for production
• Handle and transport materials needed for molding operations
• Clean and maintain molding equipment and work areas
• Inspect molds for defects and assist with corrections
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Support team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience required
• Foundry or molding experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work in a hot industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions

Hours: Monday - Friday : 2PM-11:30PM
