Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This is a great opportunity to develop advanced machining skills and grow into a long-term career with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate punch press machines to assemble small parts used in pneumatic valve production
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine performance
• Ensure quality by maintaining strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

Equipment Used:

• Mori Seiki, Miyano, and Fanuc RoboDrill machines
• Torque guns, wrenches, and other hand tools

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company
• Ability to kneel as needed during work tasks

Pay and Schedule:

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
