Salary: $20-$22hr

This position is responsible for post-sintering coining operations and supporting 3D printing activities. The technician ensures printed components meet specifications through inspection, rework, and finishing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the 3D Printing Supervisor.
• Inspect, evaluate, and rework 3D printed components using various hand tools to ensure conformance to print specifications.
• Assist with additional 3D printing operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand English.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to operate, or willingness to be trained on, Keyence Vision Inspection Systems.
• Ability to read part prints and understand dimensional tolerances.
• Ability to inspect small parts under magnification and identify defects.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to use hand measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Machining experience is a plus.
• Unloading components from sintering furnaces.
• Mixing feedstock materials.
• 3D printing preparation and setup.
• Support removal from printed components.

 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
