We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pour-Off Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently pouring molten metal into molds and supporting the casting process. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a physically demanding, high-production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pour molten metal into molds following established procedures
• Monitor pour quality and ensure proper fill of molds
• Maintain safe handling practices when working with high-temperature materials
• Inspect equipment and report any issues or defects
• Assist with preparation and setup of molds for casting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience required
• Foundry or metal casting experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat industrial environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and physically demanding conditions

Hours: Monday - Friday : 2PM-11:30PM
