Process Technician

Located in Osceola, WI

Salary: $25/hr

Express Employment has partnered with a company in Osceola that specializes in producing quality custom cables. This company is currently hiring for a Process Technician. Hours for this role are 4p to 12a Mon-Fri and pay is starting at $25/hr. In this role candidates will need to be flexible, adaptable, have a positive attitude, and great attention to detail. 

Job Duties: 

• Provide technical support for operators, explaining and demonstrating operation of equipment, material processing, and safety in material handling.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvement to ensure delivery of high quality products.
• Equipment updates.
• Improves processing of equipment.
• Participate in daily meetings.
• Produce reports as needed.

Job Requirments:

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical degree preferred.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred with specific experience in wire and cable manufacturing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Engineering/Sales vocabulary
• Strong Analytical ability
