Location: Midland, TX

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate for a company in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties and material handling

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
