Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Water Well Pump Installer / Service Technician for a company in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair water well pumps and related equipment
• Assist with the installation of piping, pressure tanks, and water systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues affecting pump performance
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on water well systems
• Operate tools, equipment, and service vehicles safely
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with water well systems, pumps, plumbing, electrical work, or related mechanical fields preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
