Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a motivated Tank Technician for a company in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain tanks and related equipment
• Perform pressure washing, coating, and preparation of tanks for service
• Conduct routine inspections to identify damage or maintenance needs
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tank maintenance, industrial labor, or oilfield operations preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
