Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled Generator Technician for a company in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain generators and related equipment
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of generators
• Identify electrical and mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain service records and complete work orders accurately
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Respond to service calls and equipment breakdowns as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous generator maintenance and repair experience preferred
• Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
