Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate – Immediate Opening

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate for a local hotel. If you have previous hotel front desk experience and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

• Pay: Oregon Minimum Wage
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Local hotel

Shift Availability Required

Candidates must be available to work any of the following shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

A consistent schedule will be assigned; however, candidates must have open availability for all shifts and all days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist hotel guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Process reservations and payments
• Complete night audit duties and daily reports
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and front desk operations

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
