Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a company in Stanchfield, MN. Hourly Pay: $24.00–$26.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and product information.

• Order Processing — Enter, review, and maintain customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Production Coordination — Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve order-related issues.

• Documentation Management — Prepare and maintain customer records, order confirmations, shipping details, and related documentation.

• Issue Resolution — Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience — Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Computer Proficiency — Strong skills in data entry, email communication, and order management systems.

• Communication Skills — Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Attention to Detail — Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Team Collaboration — Strong ability to work with production, shipping, and quality teams to support customer needs.
