An experienced Electrical Manager is needed to lead and oversee electrical operations within a manufacturing environment supporting industrial power and energy-related projects. This role is responsible for supervising electrical teams, ensuring safe and high-quality work, and driving production efficiency from planning through completion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage electrical technicians, including hiring support and performance development.
• Oversee installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production progress, coordinate inspections, and support scheduling and workflow planning.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in industrial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage AC and low-voltage DC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and ladder logic.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safe work practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment preferred.
