Express is hiring for our client: Skilled Carpenter – Custom Home Builder

 

Are you an experienced carpenter with a passion for quality craftsmanship? Our client, a leading custom home builder, is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, high-quality residential projects where attention to detail and pride in your work truly matter.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of carpentry work for custom home builds, remodels, and finishing projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials with precision

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of carpentry experience (custom home building experience preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (hours may vary by project)

• Pay: up to  (based on experience)
