About the RoleExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a Receptionist to support a respected federal agency serving Collier County. This is a great opportunity to join a professional, mission-driven team that values integrity, accountability, and public service.
In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff, helping ensure cases are prepared accurately and deadlines are met. Prior receptionist experience is required, with strong emphasis on professional phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume, client-facing environment.
This position is also an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity for legal studies students or individuals interested in building experience within a legal or government setting.
Key Administrative Duties Include:
Answering and directing multi-line phone calls in a professional manner
Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and staff
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Data entry and maintaining accurate records and case files
Preparing, scanning, copying, and filing documents (both physical and electronic)
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Assisting attorneys and staff with general clerical support as needed
Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment
