Basic Job Description:

Prepare and operate scale.

Create and manage hardcopy Scale & Trip Tickets

Check Bills of Lading for materials leaving and arriving on the project site

Track truck driver’s arrival and departure on project site

Responsible for matching materials, scale & trip tickets, against daily disposal reports

Protecting organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality of information.

Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to accurately use computer keyboard and spreadsheet software

Ability to interact / coordinate with others

Ability to organize and coordinate schedules

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet

Ability to use telephone and talk and hear for varying periods of time

Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend and / or reach occasionally (0 – 15% of workday)

Ability to stand for occasional periods of time (50% - 75% of workday)

Ability to sit for extended periods of time (0%-25% of workday)

Ability to walk for occasional periods of time (50% - 75% of workday)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some experience using spreadsheets.

 

Position Requirements:

Candidates must also have the ability to complete assigned tasks, work independently and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Schedule: 

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

Clean background & clean drug screen required
