Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about matching top talent with great opportunities.

🔑 Essential Job Functions

• Continue to foster and maintain current business relationships 🤝
• Assist in building new business development opportunities 📈
• Source and recruit top talent using various platforms and strategies 🔍
• Conduct candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and virtual) 🎤
• Manage and support associates throughout their assignments
• Quickly fill job orders with urgency while maintaining quality ⏱️
• Complete employment verifications, background checks, and additional HR duties as needed 📋
• Perform inside sales activities to support client growth and retention 📞

📋 Job Requirements

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 💬
• MUST be team-oriented and collaborative 👥
• Strong data entry and computer skills 💻
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required 🌎
