Warehouse Laborer

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Express is working with a growing abrasive manufacturing company seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Laborer to support both warehouse and production operations.

This position combines general warehouse responsibilities with mold assembly for our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble molds and production tooling according to specifications
Prepare materials and components for manufacturing operations
Load, unload, move, and organize inventory and raw materials
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
Support production and warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or labor experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
