📦 Position Overview

The Stockroom Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing materials, and supporting production operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while handling aerospace parts and components.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute aerospace parts and materials 📦
• Pick and stage materials for production and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts ✔️
• Use computer systems to track materials and transactions 💻
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed 🚚
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures ⚠️

💪 Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity) 🌡️
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

🎯 Qualifications

• Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus 🚜
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and SAP is a plus 📊
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
