Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist starting ASAP!

Job Details:

• Pay Range - $20.00/HR - $27.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Thursday - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Full-time, permanent position.

Job Duties:

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding tolerances, and other GD&T callouts.
• Knowledge of CNC Mills & Haas Controllers.
• Load parts in the machine, cycle the machine, and detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools.

Requirements:

• MUST have 3+ years of CNC milling machine experience.
• MUST have experience with these Mills: (3-axis) Haas VF-4, VF-3, VF-2 & (5-axis) Haas UMC-1250, UMC 500
• MUST understand G-code.
