Express Employment Professionals is seeking an entry level Hotel Maintenance Technician for a large 3-star Resort Facility in Kissimmee, FL! 

Job Details:

• Starting Pay - $17.50/HR
• Full-time, permanent opportunity! 
• Kissimmee, FL 34746

Schedule Details:

• Monday - Sunday - You will have 2 days off per week!
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Must be able to work both schedules!

Job Duties:

• Basic repairs involving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Performing preventative maintenance such as HVAC, boilers, pool pumps, etc.
• Resets, and replaces breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures, including switches & sockets.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have 6 months or more of building/facility maintenance experience.
• MUST be skilled with various hand and power tools.
• Basic experience in basic HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing.
