Job Title: Part-Time Accounting ClerkLocation: Arlington, TXHours: 20 hours per weekContract: Long-term, ongoing engagementPay Rate: $26 - $28 per hourJob Description: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team at a metal company in Arlington, TX. This position is ideal for someone with general accounting experience who can support our finance department on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting duties to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and accounts Support month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain accurate financial records and files Collaborate with team members to ensure proper accounting procedures Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience with general accounting duties Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent communication skills
