Industrial Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping operations running smoothly? If so, we are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and repairing equipment used in a fast-paced recycling and manufacturing environment. If you have mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and take pride in solving problems, we want to hear from you.

 

Schedule

Monday – Friday
5a – 5p

Full-Time Position
Overtime as needed

 

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
(Based on experience)

 

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they become downtime events
• Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other production equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in an industrial recycling environment
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
