Production Associate 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to support candle setup and pouring operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in the production process, working with specialized equipment and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities

Set up candle vessels and prepare materials for production
Operate candle-pouring machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
Operate wick-cutting equipment to ensure accurate sizing and consistency
Lift and transport materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs regularly)
Monitor production flow and maintain efficiency on the line
Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good coordination and attention to detail when operating machinery

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working with machinery and physical tasks
Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
