Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Optional Overtime Available

Express Employment Professionals of Amarillo is currently recruiting for a General Laborer position in Pampa, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company that is preparing a facility for production operations.

Job Summary

The General Laborer will assist with facility preparation and cleanup efforts as equipment is installed and production operations are established. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to work both indoors and outdoors. Once production begins, employees will transition into assisting with packaging and filling chemical products.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Power wash equipment, floors, walls, and exterior areas
• Move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Load, unload, and organize items within the facility
• Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks
• Assist with facility setup and preparation for incoming production equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Transition into production duties, including:
  • Filling bottles and containers with chemical products
  • Packaging finished products
  • Labeling and preparing products for shipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift up to 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful but not required
