Step into a leadership role that keeps America moving. A respected railroad repair company is seeking a Crew Foreman to lead field crews, ensure safe operations, and oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance work on rail systems.
Lead and supervise a crew performing railroad track repairs and maintenance
Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and job assignments
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment and hand tools
Communicate with management on project progress and crew needs
Previous experience in railroad repair, construction, or heavy labor
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, hardworking, and able to travel as needed
Full-time, year-round work
