TUBE MILL OPERATOR - STATESVILLE - $18.50/hr - 6AM - 4:30P (MON - THUR)
Operating milling machine to produce quality products.
Holding the tubing that is going around the spool while another employee cuts it to specified length.
Inspecting items to ensure there are no defects. Utilizing tape measure to ensure accurate length.
Competent individual Attention to detail a must.Operate and maintain a tube mill for an 8-to-12-hour shift depending on overtime.Operator is responsible for monitoring, measuring, (with a micrometer company will train) and inspecting tube for defects visually and by touch.Complete all applicable paperwork.General math skills are a must!! Add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimal points. Must be able to read a tape measure.
