Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help us tell that story, strengthen our brand, support applicant flow, and create marketing that connects with job seekers, clients, and the communities we serve.

Marketing will be the primary focus, but supporting the team, candidate experience, recruiting initiatives, events, and day-to-day business needs will also be part of the role. What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts, working closely with our Operations & Marketing Manager and collaborating with our sales and recruiting teams. Your work will span several dynamic areas:

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Create engaging content for social media
  • Manage, write and update engaging and AI friendly website content
  • Run email marketing campaigns
  • Create graphics, flyers, ads, videos, and other branded materials
  • Monitor online reviews and strengthen our digital reputation
  • Use digital tools and ideas to attract job seekers, clients, and community partners

Recruitment Marketing

  • Support recruiting teams with job advertisements and applicant attraction campaigns
  • Help write and refresh job postings so they are clear, engaging, and effective
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs, candidate flow, and market trends
  • Support candidate communication and branded touchpoints that improve the applicant experience

Community, Events & Brand Awareness

  • Assist and plan job fairs, trainings, webinars, client events, community events, office activities
  • Support campaigns such as Employee of the Month/Year, referral programs, Express Serves, and community outreach
  • Help create press releases, blog content, print ads, and community-focused marketing
  • Ensure consistent branding across materials, campaigns, events, and locations

Team Support

  • Assist with administrative, phone, event, and office support as needed
  • Help the team execute projects, campaigns, and internal initiatives
  • Be willing to pitch in when priorities shift or the business needs support

  • Improved quality and effectiveness of job ads and recruiting campaigns
  • Timely execution of marketing projects, events, and internal requests
  • Strong brand consistency across platforms, materials, and locations
  • Positive support of the sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, follow through, and help wherever needed

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on marketing, communications, recruiting, customer service, or related experience is helpful
  • Experience with Canva, social media platforms, AI tools, Microsoft Office, website updates, video editing, email marketing, SEO, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Staffing industry experience is not required

We are open to candidates who are earlier in their career and eager to learn, as well as candidates with more experience who can bring stronger marketing skills and take ownership quickly.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8-5. This is primarily an in-office role based in Greenwood, with occasional support in our Columbus office, community events, job fairs, client/prospect visits, and business needs outside of normal office hours.
