Shift Supervisor

Location: Brownsville, OR
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Rotating Schedule

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Brownsville, OR. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing production operations, supporting team performance, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production team members throughout the shift.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor production, quality, housekeeping, and operational performance.
• Assist with employee training and development.
• Oversee production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide coverage for production positions as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing environment.
