Located in Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $18-$20/hr.

• Food Preparation: Cook and prepare menu items including hot dogs, halushki, cookies, and a special pasta dinner once per month.
• Station Set-Up: Organize and restock displays for candy, chips, and drinks before players arrive.
• Customer Service: Wait on bingo players, take orders, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain a running list of needed kitchen products and submit it to the Kitchen Manager for ordering.
• End-of-Night Clean-Up: Sanitize food prep areas, wash dishes, store leftover items, and close down the kitchen

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Valid ServSafe certification is required. 
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Physical Demand: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift concession supplies.
