Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Oil Technician to join a fast-paced automotive service team in the Dayton, TN area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty preventive maintenance on personal and fleet vehicles, including:
  • Full-service oil changes
  • Engine and cabin air filter replacements
  • Wiper blade replacements
  • Fluid exchange services
  • Tire pressure checks and adjustments
• Clearly communicate service recommendations and product benefits to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
