Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Production Assistant to support machine operators in the meat-cutting process. The ideal candidate will assist with handling, preparing, and moving meat products while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with the cutting, processing, and packaging of meat products.
• Load and unload meat products onto production lines and cutting equipment.
• Transport raw and finished products throughout the facility.
• Monitor product flow and ensure materials are available for machine operators.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Follow all food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
