Salary: $18/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for our client, an auto auction in Shirley, MA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and visitors
  • Respond to emails and assist with general correspondence
  • Enter and maintain accurate data and records
  • Process paperwork, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating office activities
  • Support order entry, customer requests, and administrative projects as needed
  • Maintain organized office files and records
  • Assist team members with various clerical and administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/Hr
