Our Pickering client, a comprehensive marketing and fulfillment company, is looking for Shipper / Receiver to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Label, organize, and store inventory following FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and are free from damage or defects
• Record lot numbers, expiry dates, product details, and inventory information accurately
• Process shipments using ShipStation for parcel shipments and Freight.com for LTL freight shipments
• Track shipments and assist in resolving delivery or cross-border shipping issues
• Verify shipping documentation, carrier selection, and customer information for accuracy
• Prepare and process domestic, CUSMA, FDA, and international shipping documentation
• Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigations
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse areas
• Perform other warehouse related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of Shipping/Receiving experience
• 1-2 years of Warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience using ShipStation, Freight.com, or similar shipping software
• Positive attitude, reliable, and dependable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Occasional Saturday)
• Pay Rate: $19-21 per hour (based on experience)
